This refund policy draft matches current software behavior. It is not legally reviewed and does not promise statutory cooling-off rights until counsel says they apply.
What you purchase
USNikah sells a $50 one-time matching-access payment through Stripe Checkout. It is not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal. Access is three paid months plus three bonus months (six months total) while the inaugural offer is enabled, recorded on that membership row.
No automatic refunds
The application never issues automatic refunds. A Super Admin with two-factor verification may refund a paid Checkout from the admin console, or a refund initiated in Stripe Dashboard is recorded when webhooks/reconciliation run.
Effect of a full refund
A full refund of the Checkout that created a membership revokes that membership’s match access. Historical payment rows are kept. Partial Dashboard refunds are recorded without automatically revoking membership.
Duplicate payments
If two successful Checkouts exist for the same profile, both payments are kept as records. Refunding the extra duplicate payment does not revoke a different legitimate membership tied to another Checkout.
Disputes / chargebacks
An open Stripe dispute holds match access. If USNikah wins, the hold is released for the remainder of the original membership period (expiration is not extended). If USNikah loses, associated access is revoked. Do not refund from the admin console while a dispute is open; handle the dispute in Stripe Dashboard.
