These terms are a software-accurate draft for owner and U.S. counsel review. They are not a complete contract. Legal name, mailing address, governing law, limitation of liability, and arbitration language remain placeholders.
The service
USNikah is a private matrimonial matchmaking service for Hyderabad-origin Muslim candidates who currently reside in the United States. A candidate or family representative may submit a profile. There is no customer login. Matching uses reciprocal mandatory eligibility. Compatible profiles are shared progressively over WhatsApp only after paid access and other delivery rules are met.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18. Launch registration is limited to the Hyderabad origin community, assigned by the server. Current U.S. city and state are stored separately. Whether a community-origin criterion is lawful and how it must be disclosed is an open legal question for U.S. counsel. The operator may refuse, suspend, or withdraw a profile for safety, fraud, impersonation, or policy reasons.
Paid access
Matching access is a $50 one-time Stripe Checkout payment, not a subscription and not automatically renewed. The recorded package is three paid calendar months plus three bonus months (six months total) while the inaugural offer remains enabled in software. Access lasts for the remainder of that membership period only. An open Stripe dispute holds match access. If USNikah wins, the hold is released for the remainder of the original period. If USNikah loses, associated access is revoked. Disputes do not extend expiration.
No guarantees
USNikah does not guarantee a number of introductions, marriage, or the accuracy of another person’s information. At least three currently eligible mutual matches are required before a payment offer is eligible; that threshold is operational, not a promise of ongoing match volume.
Communications
Service WhatsApp templates may include welcome, payment-offer, payment-confirmation, and match-profile messages, subject to consent, STOP, suppression, Chicago delivery windows, and Meta deliverability rules. Marketing-category payment offers may be withheld from some U.S. recipients by Meta (including error 131049). Email or customer-initiated access may be required as a fallback if WhatsApp cannot deliver a commercial offer.
Acceptable use
You may not submit false identities, harvest contacts, scrape the service, harass candidates, or attempt to bypass rate limits, verification, or STOP controls.
Refunds and disputes
Refunds are manual, not automatic. See the Refund Policy draft. Chargebacks are handled in Stripe Dashboard and follow the access-hold policy above.
Liability and disputes between users
Placeholder for counsel: limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, indemnity, and the forum for disputes with [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. USNikah is not a party to any nikah or marriage that may follow an introduction.
Changes
The operator may update features, templates, and these terms. A reviewed production version must replace this draft before launch is represented as legally complete.
